Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a central coordination point between internal departments and clients to monitor on project orders
  • Communicate with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner 

 

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above, with experience in service industry will be an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Willing to work on shift duties / Fixed night shift is required
  • Fresh graduate will be considered as Customer Services Assistant
