The Requirements are :-

• Responsible for providing the clerical, administration support and house-keeping work to the branch office such as sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing mail, courier service, filing, scaning, copying, room setting & equipment set up services, etc.
• Perform outdoor work such as go to bank, post office and delivery documents to other office
• Back up for pantry support and keep the entire office clean and tidy
• F.3 graduate with min 3 years relevant working experience is preferred
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and able to speak some simple English
• Mature, responsible with positive working attitude and a good team player
• Working from 9:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday & Alternative Saturday off)
• Work location in Aberdeen, Hong Kong
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
