We are seeking High Caliber Candidate on behalf of our client in Equities Algorithms and Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales and product teams within Direct Execution in Asia Cash Equities.
• Perform data analysis in Excel, database creation and maintenance, producing content from internal reports
• Updating marketing materials
• Help run client campaigns
• Pull information from various databases and analyze the same in Excel
• Perform advanced data analysis in Excel
• Help prepare presentations for clients
• Coordinate Conference Registering by organizing client invitations, responses and schedules
• Organizing extensive travel, including flights, itineraries, hotel bookings, currency, etc.
• Maintain client list, deal DL mail list and Research Link data
• Onsite support for clients events / in-house client activities
• Set up new clients and contacts in the CRM system
• Maintenance and entry into databases used for client marketing such as maintaining Flows of Foreign funds, Shorts Sells
• Entry of research information into the marketing system used by sales traders to send information to clients
• Reporting, analysis and reconciliation of errors
• Compile daily and weekly market and product updates from internally available content
