Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing strategies to drive Group business growth in securities, futures and bullion market;
• Lead and oversee the execution of all marketing plans and advertising campaigns in alignment with the preset schedule and budget;
• Manage the key vendors and service providers through high level commercial negotiations;
• Prepare press release write-up and maintain the advertising schedule;
• Closely work with production/design house on all advertisement outputs;
• Explore and identify new promotion channels or platform in both local and PRC market;
• Keep tracking of new financial products as well as global market trend;
• Report to senior management for progress and explore new business opportunities;
• Undertake any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in financial industry and brokerage/securities firm is a must;
• Experience in Strategic Marketing Planning in large corporation is a definite advantage;
• Creative, energetic, aggressive, highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus;
• Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
