Responsibilities:

• Performs general IT services roles (e.g. IT operations, monitoring, vendors management, project management, documentation. Hardware and software maintenance, etc). Accountable for the reliability, resiliency, security and recovery of IT infrastructure platform
• Manage and drive technology development and support for the HK brokerage business with global exposure.
• Monitor and supervise the continuous provision of technical support and maintenance to all users, taking appropriate action to ensure support will be provided under normal and extraordinary conditions
• Provide information technology support and advise to other departments in order to upgrade their applications and assist in their achievement of business objectives.
• Analyzes the needs of different departments and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems
• Monitor IT procedures and policies and recommend improvements in order to increase efficiency or meet changing business requirements
• Recruit, motivate, and develop quality professional staff to ensure excellent services delivery and the achievement of strategic corporate objective.
• Control the budget for the department, ensuring maximum efficiency is achieved in order to enhance the profitability of the firm.
• Supervision infra team, development team and support team

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including 5 years experience at managerial level
• Excellent IT Management and Technology skills
• Well spoken English and Mandarin (MUST)
• Good communication skills
• Strong managerial techniques and work well with a team
