Job Description

• Translation, handling and compliance arrangement for circulars from HKMA, SFC and HKAB.
• Compliance planning, checking monitoring and auditing for the implementation of regulation requirement or guideline.
• Self-assessment or survey to be conducted and report to be prepared per HKMA’s instruction.
• Assist in on-site or off-site exam works conducted by HKMA, SFC or HKDPB.
• Handling AML/CFT daily works and control measures assessment.
• Formulating and maintaining compliance / AML policies and procedures.
• Handling compliance-related head office requests and reporting requirements.
• Liaising with local regulators on compliance matters.

Requirement

• Bachelor degress or above with major in Law
• Solicitor practicing in Hong Kong is preferable Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance in banks
• Minimum required score on TOEFL, IELTS, or TOEIC:83 on TOEFL iBT 6.5 on IELTS 880 on TOEIC Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese
