Responsibilities:

• Responsible to formulate, develop and drive the Corporate Finance business (Type 6 regulated activities) including IPOs, merger & acquisition, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities;
• Liaise with external parties and relevant authorities such as SFC and HKSE, in relations to the negotiation and coordination of new projects;
• Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities to facilitate the Company to make business decision and strategic planning;
• Perform market research reports and regulatory check for preparation of proposals to management;
• Supervise the regulated activities as defined under SFO and ensure a smooth execution of current projects;
• Familiar with listing rules and relevant regulatories;
• Provide advice to management and help leaders establish a strategic policy;
• Regulate, implement and promote customer service;
• Ensure the operation in compliance with applicable regulations;
• Reporting periodically the investment activities to the management and investors;
• Undertake ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
• Degree holder attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out corporate finance (Type 6) activities;
• Holder of License with SFC as a Responsible Officer (Type 6);
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities;
• Exposure in Hong Kong corporate finance transactions (IPOs, financial advisory, rights issue or share offerings) is preferred;
• Able to work under pressure, hardworking, initiative, responsible and attention to details;
• Obtain good presentation and strong problem solving skills;
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin, written English and Chinese;

 技能及要求:

• 大學或以上程度，及可執行企業融資的監管標準；
• 需持有證監會發出的持牌人牌照（第6類）
• 對證監會有良好的知識及對監管活動規例的理解；
• 對融資交易（IPO，財務諮詢，股票發行）經驗者優先考慮﹔
• 能夠在壓力下工作，勤力，主動、有責任感及細心
• 具有良好的溝通技巧及解決問題能力；
• 操流利英語 / 普通話 / 廣東話(書寫及會話)；
