Responsibilities:

• Perform branch reception service and daily operation duties, such as booking arrangement
• Provide high quality customers services, handle enquiries in a professional manner
• Assist in payment transactions

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Good command of phone manner and customer service skills
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experiences in service or hospitality industry is highly preferred
