Job Responsibilities 

1. Supervise a team of Project Engineers and Quantity Surveyor for E&M works of construction or A&A projects;

2. Control and monitor overall site activities and liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors;

3. Provide technical advice and ensure all site installation works comply with contractual and             statutory requirements;

4. Review and support project documentations leading up to successful project deliveries; 

5. Provide training and skills development opportunities to subordinates;

Job Requirements 

i. Diploma or above in Building Services or other related engineering related discipline;

ii. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building service or fitting out related projects;

iii. Proficient knowledge in project management and problem solving skills;

iv. Strong technical background and in-depth site experiences;

v. A good decision maker with strong people management skill;

vi. Highly motivated, proactive and strong disciplined individual; 

vii. Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project and qualified electricians are preferred; 

viii. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Forman.
