• Corporate member of a building related professional institute
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the building construction field
• 7 years or above of relevant experience, the last 2 years shall be in building maintenance organization in the capacity of site management
• Strong in leadership / management and can work under pressure;
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability
• High self-motivated and able to work independently
