Jobs Description:

1) Being a project manager for system/application roll out and upgrades projects for Hong Kong office, which includes but not limited to the following duties:

• understanding business needs and defining system requirements;
• sourcing for solutions;
• coordinating with internal/external vendors;
• monitoring the progress of implementation plans;
• preparing necessary system documentations;
• designing necessary test procedures and coordinate for users’ acceptance tests;
• ensuring smooth implementation/transition as scheduled;
• executing day-to-day system maintenance work

2) Acting as a system administrator for all systems and networks of the Hong Kong office, which includes but not limited to the following duties:

• monitoring and maintaining the existing applications and systems to ensure stable and consistent performance;
• trouble shooting and resolving technical issues;
• enforcing system and data security measures;
• ensuring regular execution of backup procedures;
• performing health checks;
• designing necessary disaster recovery plans and performing drills on a regular basis;
• researching for latest trend of application and new technology;
• implementing other IT related control activities as required by the Group

3) Coordinating with Shenzhen head office and other overseas offices for IT related matters;

4) Handling other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ solid experiences in system integration and deployment;
• Proven experience in system administration work;
• [Microsoft certification will be an advantage]

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
