Requirements :

• Diploma / Certificate in relevant disciplines
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel 
• Responsible and self-motivated
• 2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in Architectural or Construction related field

Responsibilities :

• Provide secretarial / administrative support to a project team
• Develop and maintain the filing system and document control processess for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team
• Composing and typing project correspondence
