• Certificate /Diploma in Construction / Building Service/ Building Management or equivalent
• Over 3 years experience in repairs, renovations, fitting out and A & A projects works
• Familiar with BD Submission for Structural Works / Minor Works (MWCS)
• Responsible for overall project management duties include the tendering, quotation, preparation of working schedule, quality control, site supervision
• Attend tender interview and meeting
• Good Command in English & Chinese
