Responsibilities

• Monitor site conditions and progress to the required standard.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers and project team members to ensure good quality of work;
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for site works and delivery matters;
• Conduct site survey, factory visits to ensure the accuracy and quality of projects.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/certificate in Building Studies & Certificate of Safety Supervisor is preferrable
• 3 years experience in interior fit-out works with qualification in interior design or site/project management;
• Holder of TCP 1 is preferred;
• Good understanding of detailed and elevation drawings;
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office;
• Well organized, good communication and problem solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
