Job Responsibilities:

• Act as Artwork Subject Matter Expert on new product / market introduction;
• Support and mentor Artwork Assistant;
• Liaise & work with key stakeholders such as Supply Planning, Quality Assurance, Commercial, Third Party Manufacturers, Graphics House and Print Vendors regarding all packaging artwork creation, development, establishing and gaining agreement on timelines and implementation;
• Facilitate the end-to-end Artwork Management processes over the length of the product(s) life cycle;
• Maintain all relevant artwork projects & data load within the electronic artwork management system, ensure all tasks are setup, progressed and completed on time;
• Carry out artwork approvals, proofreading and printer’s proofs verification checks on the digital comparator, ensure appropriate approvals are obtained timely from other functions where applicable;
• Expedite and monitor actions required by other functions until completion;
• Coordinate and execute administration of the electronic artwork management system;
• Act as main point of contact with the system hosting company in relation to maintenance and running of the system to ensure optimal service;
• Schedule and prioritize work through internal & external parties / agencies, tracking, reporting and metrics;
• Responsible and accountable for process execution and adherence to required completion date.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related discipline with 5 years of relevant experiences;
• Preferably with knowledge of retail labelling regulations current & pending;
• Knowledge of artwork management and computerized documentation control system;
• Project management & time management skills;
• IT background & qualification of carrying out Artwork System business administration duties;
• Excellent communication and written skills;
• Attentive to details is essential for success in this position;
• Experience with Electronic Data Management System;
• Analytic skills on Key Performance Indicators and report generation
• Proficient in graphic design software as well as MS Office
