SUMMARY  

To support all retail visibility design needs for Kering Eyewear brands in APAC region while aligning with global HQ guidelines and adaption to specific local needs, enabling most effective design in terms of impact and budget

Job Description

• Follow global brand guidelines to provide retail visibility design with specific local needs adaptation to ensure visibility executions are completed in most efficient manner
• Work closely with the trade marketing team & supported by project executives and a panel of vendors, the candidate is to provide design solution to the team aligning with budget planning and global guidelines on both institutional and seasonal materials – including visuals, temporary and permanent customization
• Regularly gather market feedbacks including competitors’ updates and feedback to both APAC and global team for effectiveness improvement
• Create local assets based on APAC market and functional needs and propose to global team 

 Requirements 

• Design degree or above required
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail design
• Experience in eyewear or luxury industry highly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proactive and adaptive in a start-up environment
• Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and oral of English and Chinese
• Occasional travel is required
