Our client a leading art organisation are seeking to hire a Senior Manager to join their Education and Visitor Services team in Hong Kong.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
 
Oversee visitor strategy study in collaboration with consultants and develop findings into action plan
Develop and implements educational and interpretive material and develop innovative programs to engage visitors
Research art in collection and on loan in order to develop accurate and engaging content
Develop and maintain digital content for enriching visitor experience
Develop advanced digital ticketing systems and other interactive tools
Strategize area experience, including ticketing, visitor flow, line management, information of visitors and data capture
Build up partnership with school and universities and develop projects towards specific age group or special needs visitors
Develop visitors studies and analysis, identify new audience opportunities and new products
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by team head
 
Requirements:
 
Degree in art, art history or museum studies with proven knowledge in Western Art
Relevant professional experience or academic research experience with proven knowledge in Western Art
Strong organizational skill, demonstrate ability to lead and manage multiple programs and activities
Ability to set and achieve long-term goals and outcomes
Proficient in using Google Apps products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Broad knowledge of market trends, education, adult learning and program evaluation
Understanding of best practices and benchmarks in education field
Proven language proficiency with excellent oral and written skills in English
