1) SENIOR DESIGNER / FF&E DESIGNER

Requirements:

• Handle full set of project independently and deliver project from design intent through to completion;
• High level of presentation and leadership skills;
• Min.7 years relevant experience with preference in hotel design projects or luxury residential;
• Strong design flair, good initiative and able to work under pressure;
• Strong coordination ability and good communication skills;
• Fluent & good command of written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Willing to travel, whenever required;

2)  SIGNAGE DESIGNER

Requirements: 

• 4-6 years of experience in Signage Design and Wingfinding with a professional degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a related field;
• Strong way-finding planning experience including conducting research, site survey, developing way-finding strategies, and documenting design solutions (sign type drawings, message schedules & location plans);
• Proficiency drawing in scale and familiarity with architectural construction documents, elevations, plans and shop drawings;
• Good team player, flexibility to work both collaboratively & independently on projects of all scales and types;
• Proficiency in the latest design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and CAD tools (on Mac and PC);
• Fluent & good command of written English, Cantonese & Mandarin; 

3)  PROCUMENT OFFICER

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years relevant procurement experience in handling the sourcing of all materials for hotel operators & residential developer;
• Resourceful, ability to perform quality control and inventory management;
• Strong communications, interpersonal skills and proficient in MS office applications;
• Maintain up-to-date suppliers / services provider database;
• Fluent & good command of written English, Cantonese & Mandarin;

4)  LIGHTING DESIGNER

 Requirements: 

•  Strong conceptual lighting design;
• Work closely with clients and internal teams;
• Good presentation skill;
• Support project team in diverse lighting projects;
• Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office;
• Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, Dialux is an advantage;
