We are a small Boutique Creative Agency located in Quarry Bay with a focus on creating bespoke events for luxury clients.

This position is unique role that sits between operations and the creative team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for great design, a keen sense of style, is detail-oriented, super-organized and a team player.

REQUIREMENTS:

- University diploma required

- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel

- Comfortable managing deadlines

- Passion for innovative design

- 2+ years management experience a must

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- English speaker (Cantonese a plus)

- Creative person with good communication skills

- Graphic design experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative:

- Liason between senior creative management and design team

- Comfortable transforming a verbal creative brief into a visual moodboard and client proposal deck

- Experience with sourcing styling elements and managing vendors

- On-set project manager of creative

Operations:

- Manage production schedule and deadlines for team

- Work closely with production team and vendors

- Oversee production and quality control of final 2D product.

- Help team in setting up and taking down events

- Create and maintain a system for keeping track of all creative projects
