They seek to recruit a suitable candidate to organise and reserve their memories of history and the journey of the company from product, people to culture.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ways to preserve historical records of physical objects, documents, paints and photos in physical and digital manner
• Develop an archival system and procedure in order to organize archival records and facilitate access to archival materials
• Collect and prepare a knowledge management system including collection history, descriptions and access
• Work closely with relevant departments to determine the storage of historical materials and ongoing data collection process lead the development of memorable publication and in the long run, a museum of the company

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications at and possess a high level of appreciation of "history and art"
• Experience of curatorial and archives management of historical records and physical objects
• 5+ years of experience with working knowledge in cataloguing resources in a variety of formats is preferred
• Good cultural awareness and communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese
