Job Description:

Assist our engineers in

• Supporting the Audio Visual System, Video Conference System and Network device setup and management
• Providing all desktop responsibilities and liaise with users & application teams to resolve problems
• Maintaining an effective communication with users

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Study
• Knowledge in networking is a MUST
• Experience in handling VMW and Windows Server is preferred
• 1 to 2 years working experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills, Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• On-job training will be provided
