Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus on latest Consumer Electronics products such as LED TV, wireless and hi end audio products\
  • Liaise with customers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications
  • Implementing and enhancing the QA/QC standards, policies and documentation procedures
  • Ensure delivery of high quality standards products to our clients
  • Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers; and compare with customer requirements
  • Solving technical problems and improving the product’s quality by working closely with technical team and suppliers
  • Made recommendations to management on all quality related issues
  • Quality reports analysis and recommend solutions & preventative measures
  • Lead QA/QC Team & supervise technical staff in carrying out tests and checks
  • Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training
  • To lead laboratory for product reliability test plan formulation, execution and corrective action follow up

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Quality, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 10 years or above in OEM/ODM Manufacturing &Consumer Electronics Quality experience with 3 years in supervisory and management level
  • Candidate with working experience in multi-national companies and A brand consumer electronics products will be preferred
  • Skillful in dealing with quality matters and developing quality improvement plans as well as monitoring the process
  • Good knowledge of the international and industrial regulations and practices in relation to quality standard
  • Able to deal with all levels of people in the organization and motivate the staff to realize the importance of quality
  • Competent in developing and conducting quality training programs for staff
  • Have strong determination and persistence to achieve the business tasks of the company
  • Ideally familiar with ISO9000/ISO22000/SA8000 compliance audit
  • Good IT skills including MS Office
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Frequent Travel to or station in Southern China will be required
