Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of NAND Flash memories for performance, quality, and reliability assessments to determine the optimal performance factors;
• Develop tests and analytical tools to generate and analyze the NAND performance data;
• Support internal engineering and management teams in SSD controller development;

Qualification:

• BSEE / MSEE is required;
• Knowledge about semi-conductor physics, capable of writing scripts for testing purpose, able to use Excel or other tool to summarize and analyze testing result;
• NAND physics experience; NAND characterization experience is preferred;
• Knowledge of different behavior on NAND about P/E, retention, read disturb...etc. is preferred;
• Experience with memory systems, technologies, and processing - NAND is preferred;
• Knowledge of 3D TLC NAND is a strong plus;

Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior or higher grades.
