Requirements:

1. Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate or Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Quantity Surveying
2. Min. 3 yrs’experience in the building maintenance in HK
3. Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A0 work under the latest Electricity Ordinance is essential
4. Responsible for monitoring the building maintenance work, sub-contractors' work, supervising the fitters' daily works, preparing the tender documents/quotations for maintenance work
5. Required to attend the IO meetings
