Responsibilities

• Provide support in product development from initial design stage, making samples until prototype approval before release to mass production
• Responsible for product launch, implementing promotional materials, product training and positioning as well as identifying, developing and executing marketing strategies
• Modulate product features and pricing with response to the dynamic market conditions
• Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s)
• Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management

Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years working experiences in related field, and at least 5 years experience in supervisory role
• Solid experience in the market of electronics / consumer products
• Mature with good communication skill in both business and engineering language
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
• Travel is required
