Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the marketing planning and implementation of HK and Macau retail markets
• Develop and implement the marketing programs and events in line with the corporate business goal
• Responsible for the communication of marketing information and co-ordination of marketing materials
• Develop impact and effective advertising & promotional materials to enhance brand image, product awareness and drive sales that are in line with corporate strategy.
• Develop POP, leaflets and collaterals to enhance communication in-store.
• Work closely with VM team to ensure integration in the communication.
• Assist in handling PR & Joint-Promotion planning and arrangement
• Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness if necessary
• Manage VIP database and develop membership loyalty program

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' marketing experience, preferably gained from lingerie/ fashion categories
• Candidates with strong retail marketing experience preferred, candidates from FMCG or advertising agency with retail marketing background will also be considered
• Strong communication skills and business sense
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
