Our client is property development and real estate investment group.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to co-ordinate and liaise with the appointed hotel operator (5 star hotel)
• Safeguard the interests of the company as property owner and ensure smooth co-operation with the hotel operator
• Work with the operator for the compliance of the hotel operation with local rules & regulations i.e. taxes, legal, licenses.
• Produce operation-related analysis report from time to time in curtain area which need attention from management such as revenue, cost & operating expenses
• Join the hotel operation and sales meetings, hotel executive meetings, monthly budget meetings and marketing conferences.
• Monitor of vendor selection process to conduct business audits, safety inspections, financial research and other work
• Work closely with the hotel management team to review and enhance the service standard

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, 10 years or above working experience in branded hotels
• Have previous track record of working in international hotel management group
• Familiar with China hotel management standards and regulation
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Recent experience as hotel owner’s representative is an advantage
