Responsibilities:

• To responsible for new brand building projects and prepare business development plan;
• To conduct market analysis in order to identity market potential;
• To formulate marketing strategies to introduce the new brand in Hong Kong market;
• To estimate the cost & profit of business development project;
• To cooperate with another business parties including landlord and supplier;
• To handle the franchising issues and provide operation suggestion to franchisee;
• To handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration (Major in Marketing will be advantage);
• Minimum 8 years working experience in brand building or business development, preferably in FMCG industry;
• Strong marketing sense in F&B or FMCG industry;
• Strong communication skill and project management skill, able to work independently;
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua;
• Flexible working hours
