Responsibilities

• Carry out all check in / out procedures in an efficient way
• Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
• Act as shift leader of front desk
• Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management
• Carry out room inspection for VIP guests
• Ensure the cross departmental communication
• Shift duty is required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Mature, detail-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Japanese knowledge would be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Service Supervisor
