  • Responsibilities:

    • To carry out all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
    • To provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
    • To achieve the high level of guests satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
    • To ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively;
    • Fixed shift duty (7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
    • Overnight shift duty is required.

     Requirements:

    • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is most preferred;
    • Pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
    • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese;
    • Immediate available is preferred;
    • Hands on PC skills;
