Responsibilities

• Manage reservations by answering and following up of phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Communicate and coordinate table reservation and seating plan with F&B Team
• Greet and escort our guests to their table and provide service
• Handle customer enquiries and report complaints to Manager
• Assist in restaurant duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Hotel Industry
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Certified with Hygiene Manager or Supervisor course will be an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving,self-motivated, detail-oriented, leadership skills
• Proficient in Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft word, excel
• Willing to take up flexible work schedules
• Previous Hotel opening experience will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
