Requirements:
- Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
- Cost Control & Supplier negotiation skills
- Good communication skill
- Relevant experience in French cuisine
- Knowledge of food hygiene and preparation techniques
- Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable with ability to work under pressure
- More experience considered for higher grading position
- Must Have HK ID
