This incumbent will be responsible for planning and organizing tour/ meeting event projects held overseas or in PRC. He/ She will also be involved in project implementation including but not limited to hotel reservations and arrange meeting sessions, local sightseeing and dining events, etc.

• Post secondary / Degree graduate, preferably in tourism / M.I.C.E. related disciplines
• With at least 2 years’ travel industry related experience or 1 year M.I.C.E. related experience
• Knowledge on MS office: EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT
• Preferably with knowledge on tourist destinations, costing, airline reservation system, tour escort and ground arrangements
• Outgoing, well-organized, and able to work under pressure and independently
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred
• Candidate of good calibre but less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Executive
