Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our customers using superior product knowledge and resourcefulness
- Provide support to colleagues on the development and implementation of consumer marketing campaigns
- Maintain excellent Customer Service through efficient and timely handling of inbound/outbound calls with optimal results for customers and the company
- Provide Administrative support
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 graduate or above minimum 3 year customer services / call centre experience.
- Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant, Mature, Patient, and Discipline.
- Experience & interest in medical field customer care preferred
- Willing to learn and take challenge and work independently
- Proficient in MS office including Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and (Knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage)
- Immediate available is preferred
