Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Team to ensure the integrity of testing, on-time and accurate performance and needed lab efficiency.
• Insure the completeness of technical information and quantity of sample items received from Login Team. Follow up with CS for any missing information.
• Assign jobs to the subordinates to ensure on-time completion of reports
• Review testing reports and worksheets to ensure the accuracy, on-time and completeness
• Insure the technicians follow the proper specifications and guidelines for testing
• Provide technical assistance and support to the Team.
• Insure technicians receive appropriate training on current test protocols and methodology
• Any ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Textile/ Garment Technology or related discipline is preferred. Certificate or Diploma with more relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least 5 years’ working experience in Textile Laboratory with 1 year in supervisory level
• Knowledge in US and Canadian and/or other international testing specifications is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese. Good speaking of Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
• Work hours: 2:30pm- 10:30pm, Monday to Friday

Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Technician
