The incumbent will act as the on-site in-charge of our new deluxe residential development in Sai Ying Pun – Kensington Hill (www.kensingtonhill.hk)

Scope of work includes takeover of building premises from developer, devisal of 5-star hospitality services including Concierge and Clubhouse Services and assist the manager in-charge to oversee all aspects of the property management functions including Cleaning, Security and Maintenance. The ideal candidate should be:

• Tertiary educated in Property / Housing / Hotel / Hospitality Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ experience in property management / hotel / hospitality industry
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required
• Holding of Security Personnel Permit as an advantage
• Aspiring candidates with less experience / qualifications may also be considered
• 5.5-day work, no overnight shift required
