Job Description:

工作內容：

• Responsible for the daily operations of chinese cuisine , daily administration and budget control;

        負責日常中式餐飲運作，行政管理和預算控制；

• Provide excellent food and beverage services to customers;

        為客人提供優質餐飲服務；

Job Requirement:

入職要求：

• Diploma or Certicate holder, qualification in F&B management is an advantage    

        文憑或證書，酒店及餐飲管理或相關專業優先；

• 5 years solid experience in managerial level in chinese cuisine;

        具5年中式餐飲服務管理經驗；

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

        具良好溝通技巧及善於處理人際關係；

• Good command of spoken Mandarin and Cantonese and conversational English

        能操良好普通話及廣東話及一般英語；
