Job Descriptions:

• To provide excellent personalized and around-the-clock services to patron at Villa and Deluxe Duplex  (including, but not limited to offer unpacking / packing service, create reservations, household task, serve beverages in suite room)
• To take gentle care of all their patron from arrival until departure without imposing themselves on the patron
• To collaborate with other departments to fulfill the patron's needs

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Experience of Food & Beverage or Front Office is a must
• Familiar with Hotel operations
• Good problem solving and excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, meticulous, responsible and mature
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
