Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of technical programs and clients’ usage of hardware and software
Execute the development of new solutions as assigned
Communicate with clients to perform service, installation, and/or maintenance in accordance with system software and technical device
Assist in the process of device production
Prepare FAQ and help-page to resolve user’s enquiries
Liaise with other contractors for quotations and scheduling

Requirements

Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Detail oriented, responsible
Able to manage teamwork as well as self-reporting
Proficient in both English and Cantonese
Immediate available preferred
