Job Description
The Job :
- Provide helpdesk support to end users and VIP
- Troubleshooting on IT devices, e.g. PC / Notebook / Printer, etc.
- Setup & support voice & video conference's equipment
- Control and maintain IT asset inventory records
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
- 1 years experience in IT support / helpdesk role
- Solid experience in Windows XP / 7 / 10, MS Office, Outlook
- Good team player and willing to learn
- Good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
