Job Duties 

• To be responsible for supporting operation in shops (e.g.:performing equipment set-up) ;
• providing front-line maintenance support;
• Provide on-site I.T. technical support including but not limited to desktop/servers/system configuration and I.T. related hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance;
• Handle supporting calls from shops;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirement

• Form 5 or above with relevant working experience is preferred
• Independent, hardworking and self-motivated
• Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to perform shift on holiday/weekend
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
