• 為汽車或保險相關公司及個人(如二手車行，維修公司，汽車美容公司，人壽保險銷售員等等)開立網上保險賬戶及公司網站;
• 為客戶提供優質及專業的系統培訓. 

職責：

• 拜訪現有客戶並提供專業的系統培訓;
• 確保客戶明白及了解整個投保流程;
• 與現有客戶建立良好關係並爭取新客戶介紹;
• 協助 IT 團隊找出系統潛在問題及改善用戶體驗的可能性;
• 協助經理處理其他日常運作事務.

職位要求：

• 擁有一年或以上銷售或客戶服務相關經驗者(任何行業)優先;
• 擁有一般保險牌照者優先 (IIQE Paper 1 & 2);
• 熟悉智能手機應用以及對汽車行業有濃厚興趣;
• 具備良好溝通技能及耐性;
• 具備熱誠以及幹勁的應屆畢業生亦會加以考慮。

Job Summary:

• Open new accounts for Motor-related companies on Insurance System and Company Website;
• Provide quality and professional training to customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit to our existing and new clients to provide training on system usage;
• Ensure all clients understand the whole application process;
• Build up relationship with existing clients and take proactive approach in seeking referral for new clients;
• Helping IT team to identify all potential problems and user experience issues;
• Perform any other duties, task oriented or administrative related as may be delegated by Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably more than 1 year sales or customer service experience in any disciplines;
• Possession of IIQE License for General Insurance would be an asset (IIQE Paper 1 & 2);
• Strong knowledge on smartphone usage and highly interested in Motors;
• Patient and good communication skill;
• Fresh Graduate with passion will also be considered.
