Senior Analyst Programmer, E-Banking

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement banking projects
• Perform business study, systems design, documentation, development management, system testing and systems implementation
• Need to travel to China occasionally

 Requirements:

• University degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ solid experience and at least 3 years in banking industry
• Experience in internet & mobile banking applications development and support, security trading is preferable
• In-depth Knowledge of J2EE & web programming , Socket programming, Concurrent programming and etc
• Knowledge of Mobile APPS programming (Android & iOS) or cyber and banking industry security framework (OWASP, PCI, 2FA) or cipher framework (PKI, HSM), is preferable
• Self-motivated, excellent trouble shooting & problem solving skills, good communication skills and interpersonal skills

System Administrator - AIX 

 Responsibilities:

• Perform AIX, Linux, WAS and SAN design and administration tasks
• Perform server installation, configuration and maintenance
• Perform server setting enhancement to cope with application change
• Prepare server related documentation, such as installation procedure, training guide, testing report and so on
• Perform problem diagnostic by using advance troubleshooting skills
• Perform new software and hardware evaluation

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Science or related disciplines
• Qualifications of AIX, WAS, MCSE (W2K3 & W2K8) are preferred
• Minimum 5-years’ experience in IT related technical support and internetworking works
• Good knowledge in :

1. IBM AIX and Linux;
2. IBM PowerHA and GPFS;
3. Unix shell scripting;
4. IBM Websphere Application Server;
5. IBM and EMC SAN storage
6. Windows 7/2008/2012;
7. Microsoft AD;
8. LAN and WAN network management.

• Solid experience in IT software and hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Possess a strong technical background in system administration and operation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

 Senior Analyst Programmer/Analyst Programmer - Mainframe

Requirements:

• Develop and support mainframe applications
• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Mainframe, Cobol, CICS, VSAM and JCL
• Relevant experience in Retail Banking applications such as Credit Card, Cardlink and Loans applications
• Familiar with software development life cycle and IT documentation
• Experience in Swift Alliance Access is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and strong problem solving skills
• Proactive and able to work under pressure

 Manager, Process Improvement 

Responsibilities:

• Assist to lead the Process Improvement Team to drive bank-wide process improvement projects
• Play a leading role in work streamlining exercises to enhance the overall operational efficiency and customer services
• Facilitate and coordinate with different functional units to make improvement changes for the Bank
• Cultivate the mindset of internal customers on continuous improvement through various improvement initiatives
• Keep abreast of the market, suggest and propose new improvement initiatives
• Provide support in procedural manuals review and monitor related progress

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in banking Industry, preferably with Project Management and Process Improvement experience
• Certificate holder of Project Management Professional is preferred
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Certification is preferred
• Good understandings in banking operations, business opportunities and technical aspects of system platform
• High awareness of both quality and risk, especially compliance-related risks and security issues
• Independent, pro-active and problem solving ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and provide deliverables in a timely manner
• Excellent project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
