Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of our Data network infrastructure and also backbone links with the global Internet community. He/she will also involve liaising with multi-parties to resolve network and customer issue and to oversee the performance of the services in a day to day basis.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication and other related studies
• Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience in configuration, operation and maintenance duties relating to data network infrastructure preferably  in a Telco, IDC or ISP business environment
• Knowledgeable in technologies such as: SDH, SONET, DWDM and TCP / IP etc
• Hands-on proficiency in managing ADM, routers, switches, network management and monitoring tools, etc, for supporting multi-services application associated with Data network environment.
• Cisco or Huawei certification is preferred
• Good analytical skills in fault resolution and trouble-shooting of operational issues.
• Good inter-personal skills and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Willing to take 24 x 7 hours shift
• Willing to work at Shatin
