The ITO will be responsible for coordinating and implementation of IT projects of the Society as well as documentation works, and accountable to Assistant IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate with different functional parties to participate in process improvement projects;
• Liaise with users to define user requirements and revise work processes;
• Conduct feasibility study and cost & benefit analysis for project evaluation      ;
• Manage and coordinate with users and outsourcing vendors on all project implementation activities;
• Monitor project progress and prepare project management reports;
• Prepare project and tender documents.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ practical experience in project leading/coordination, business analysis or process re-engineering for IT systems
• Knowledge of Client Relationship Management System / Case Management System, Microsoft Office 365, Documents Management System, Knowledge Management System, Workflow System or Business Intelligence Tools
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
