Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate and deploy proprietary and turnkey solutions on the Magento Enterprise platform that fit Grana’s business and technical requirements
- Ensure quality software is delivered, with minimal defects and no go live critical issues
- Share knowledge and expertise and provide technical mentoring to other developers within the team, encourages others to do the same
- Demonstrate ownership and timely delivery of assigned tasks
- Identify and remove obstacles to achieving project efficiency
So… what does it take to get this role?
- Degree holder in computer science / software engineering or related disciplines
- 1 to 5+ years’ experience in web development
- Proven experience in web technologies in frontend: HTML5 and CSS3, jQuery and/or Prototype.
- A solid understanding of ecommerce UX
- Able to work on LNMP stack
- Passionate about everything digital and ecommerce
Competency
- Experience using SASS or any other CSS pre-processor
- Experience in version control tool, such as Git
- Experience with templating engines such as Underscore
- Proven experience and understanding of responsive design
- Experience in user-centered design, designing for usability best practices
- Understanding of core JavaScript design patterns
