Job Description:

Assist the Project Manager in IT project administration tasks

Coordinate project meetings

Prepare documents/materials for meetings, and update project tracking tools regularly

Monitor the schedule and resources of the project

Organise and maintain project documentation

Assist in ad-hoc project tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline is preferred

1 year of software project management experience is preferred but not mandatory

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Well organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Fresh graduates are also welcome
