This role sits with the Infrastructure team in meeting the organization’s IT needs. A majority of this person’s time will be spent responding to requests received via email, phone calls, and in-person visits. Any time left over will be spent working on projects to help grow the organization’s technology infrastructure.

 Responsibilities:

• Support end users with IT related problems in a timely and service oriented manner
• Maintain and monitor all access servers, routers, Microsoft servers and Internet servers
• Maintain all IT security systems in the company
• Manage the corporate file sharing network
• Ensure that all corporate systems and information are backed up in a timely manner
• Assist with troubleshooting, installation and implementation of systems
• Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of operations processes.
• Manage inventory of all IT related equipment
• Review, document and implement IT processes and procedures

 Requirements

• IT, Computer Science or related degree with 1-2 years in IT Support or 1st Level Helpdesk Support. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Microsoft Windows Desktop OS – Windows 7
• Knowledge of basics network including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Organized, responsible, with attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and handle frequent ad-hoc requests
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Able to do some physical lifting to move computers and IT equipment for set up
• Able to support offsite at events on some weekends
