Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries for both inbound and outbound calls in customer contact centre
- Perform administrative duties related to customer service and support
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduates
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer service / customer contact centre is preferable
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
