Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange technical support service activities;
• Manage and support on POS , ERP system, CCTV system.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, system, network and troubleshoot IT problem
• Collaborate with external parties for system upgrade, troubleshooting and project coordination.
• Assist in concept development and production of various digital campaigns include Websites, eDM, online banners & Facebook applications
• Handle ad-hoc design-related tasks requested from operation department
• Assist in ad hoc projects;
• Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in IT related disciplines
  
• 2-3 years' working experience in system development and implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, network troubleshooting
• Proficiency in ERP, MS SQL, Crystal Report
• Knowledge of integrated software/ design software AI/ Corel Draw is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, good communication and project management skills
